Windows on Intel Mac

So, it’s finally official. The Intel Mac is allowed to run Windows. With the public beta of boot camp, it is possible to boot both Mac OSX as well as Windows XP. According to the website you will need an Intel based Mac for this. So for all the Windows machines out there, we just have to wait until the hacker community makes it possible to run OS X on a regular PC. Would be nice to be able to. Although, the problem for Microsoft and Windows is the diversity of hardware components that need to be supported. But if someone would get the correct drivers for most current hardware and run that in OS X, I see a nice future for the OS X platform. I would definately try to run it. We have some OS X machines at the office and I must say, the interface is very very pretty.
