Before me and my collegues fly out to San Francisco to attend the OPP2007. I am really excited about this, for different reasons. First of all it will be fun to spend some time outside of work with some of my collegues. Second it will be nice to see so many PL/SQL technologists and hopefully exchange some nice ideas. And of course, there’s the speakers which will hopefully deliver good speeches and put good ideas in my head to use in my future work or validate my own ideas about things.

Also, Steven has asked me to join Alex Nuijten of AMIS Services BV as a helper/judge in the Test-A-Thon which will be held on the evening of the first day (february 28th). I will be nice to see so many people testing code. Hope they like what they are doing and do (even) more testing on the production code.

Hope to see you all there, and if you can’t join us there, I’m guessing all the presentations will appear on the website. Although it’s always better to hear the story behind a presentation.
